Serve with desired dipping sauce.Ingredients | Vegan Tempura Batter Air Fryer½ cup all-purpose flour½ teaspoon salt, divided, or more to taste½ teaspoon ground black pepper2 eggs2 tablespoons water1 cup panko bread crumbs2 teaspoons vegetable oil½ cup whole green beans½ cup whole asparagus spears½ cup red onion rings½ cup sweet pepper rings½ cup avocado wedges½ cup zucchini slicesDirectionsMix together flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Whisk together eggs and water in another shallow dish. Stir together panko and oil in a third shallow dish.
