Grandma really knows how to cook!Ingredients | How To Cook Crocodile1 tablespoon butter4 large sweet onions, sliced½ pound Swiss cheese, shredded10 slices Italian bread¼ cup butter, softened½ cup milk1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup3 teaspoons soy saucesalt and pepper to tasteDirectionsIn a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute onions until translucent. Transfer onions to a 9x12 inch casserole dish and sprinkle cheese over onions. Spread butter on both sides of the bread, then lay the bread over the cheese.In a medium bowl combine milk, soup, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over bread.
