Chinese Pie

Recipe Summary Chinese Pie
My grandmother, Julia O'Malley (Nanny), always made this when I was growing up. It is neither Chinese, nor pie, so we don't know why it was called that - it's more like a shepherd's pie, but that's what it was called in our family. Believe it or not, this is great when you smush it all together and put ketchup on it! The kids love it!Ingredients | Mai Tai Chinese6 potatoes, peeled and cubed1 pound cooked ground beef1 cup white sauce1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese, dividedDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
