You can use any noodle shape you like.Ingredients | Madeira Cream Sauce Pasta1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti1 (8 ounce) salmon fillet, cut into cubessalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste3 tablespoons butter, divided1 tablespoon olive oil½ small onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced¼ cup dry white wine, or to taste½ cup heavy whipping cream1 teaspoon tomato pasteDirectionsBring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 12 minutes. Drain.While spaghetti is cooking, season salmon with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook salmon until opaque on all sides, about 5 minutes.
