Ever since my friend Sonja made this and brought it into work, it is my signature appetizer dish to take to parties! I tweaked it a little to my taste. It is the first appetizer to go and everyone will be asking for the recipe! Serve with crackers or sliced bread. Absolutely delicious!

Ingredients | Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing Recipes

1 large sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), finely chopped

1 ½ cups mayonnaise

1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Stir onion, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, and sugar together in a pie plate.

Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and brown around the edges, 25 to 30 minutes.
